Welcome to Autistic Launchpad!

We are a small group of Autistics age 20-29 in the Washington, DC area who meet weekly for recreational activities and informal discussions on a wide range of topics.

Autistic Launchpad’s goal is to bring together like-minded, community-oriented Autistics who help and support each other every step of the way toward independence and beyond!

We have virtual hangouts nearly every Sunday at 7:00pm EST via Zoom. We also occasionally meet in person on weekends. Both Virtual hangouts and In-Person meetups are casual, and the first virtual hangout of any given month will have a pre-set topic. All ALP events are drug- and alcohol-free.

If you are unable to participate in our activities without a parent present, this is not the group for you.

After joining ALP, your first hangout will be considered your trial period. After your first hangout, we will decide whether or not to continue with your membership and let you know of our decision before the next hangout.
