WHO WE ARE
We are a small group of Autistics age 21-32 in the Washington, DC area who meet weekly for recreational activities and informal discussions on a wide range of topics.
Autistic Launchpad’s goal is to bring together like-minded, community-oriented Autistics who help and support each other every step of the way toward independence and beyond!
HANGOUTS & MEETUPS
We have virtual hangouts nearly every Sunday at 7:00pm EST via Zoom. We also occasionally meet in person on weekends. Both Virtual and In-Person hangouts are casual, and the first virtual hangout of any given month will have a pre-set topic. All ALP events are drug- and alcohol-free.
If you are able to participate without help from a parent/guardian, and enjoy being with your fellow Autistics on zoom once a week and sometimes in-person, this could be the group for you!
